Winter Master Class

Is jouw bedrijf actief in de circulaire economie? Dan doet de naam Greenville, de incubator voor cleantechbedrijven, vast een belletje rinkelen… Na de succesvolle Summer Master Class van augustus organiseert Greenville deze winter een tweede editie. Zelfde formule, zelfde doelpubliek.

De Winter Master Class is een opleiding die circulaire ondernemers bedrijfsmodellen leert ontwerpen en daar ook naar leert handelen. Uit onderzoek blijkt immers dat heel veel ondernemers onvoldoende doordrongen zijn van het businessmodel dat hun bedrijf zou moeten sturen, en dat het dus ook onvoldoende wordt toegepast. Dat weegt op een organisatie, én op haar groei.

Daarom werkt deze Master Class hands-on, met een sterke focus op de praktijk: je leert de juiste technieken om je businessmodel helder en duidelijk te krijgen én je leert ze toepassen op je eigen onderneming. Een ondermener die die technieken onder de knie heeft, zal daar tijdens zijn ondernemersparcours veel voordeel uit halen.

Does your company operate in the circular economy? Then you may have heard of Greenville, the incubator for cleantech companies… After our successful Summer Master Class in August, Greenville is organizing a second Master Class this winter. Same approach, same target audience.

The Winter Master Class trains circular entrepreneurs to develop business models and act in line with them. Research has shown that many entrepreneurs are not sufficiently familiar with the business model that should guide their company, and that it is therefore insufficiently applied. This has an impact on an organization, and on its growth.

That is why this Master Class takes a hands-on approach, placing a strong emphasis on practice: you are taught the right techniques to fine-tune and clarify your business model and learn how to apply them to your own company. Any entrepreneur who has mastered these techniques will stand to benefit from this in business.
